The future of radio electronics starts at school!

On Knowledge Day, a digital technology and electronics class was opened at School 115 in Rostov-on-Don as part of a project of cross-curricular education in the field of radio electronics.

Beshtau Group, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications of the Rostov region, the Ministry of Education of the Rostov region, and Don State University, is implementing this project, creating a continuous educational system that covers all stages – from school education to successful employment of graduates.

Starting from 6th grade, students have a unique opportunity to study microelectronics in depth, gaining valuable knowledge and skills that will prepare them for studies at leading technical universities and colleges in the region.

We are confident that such education can build a bridge between academic theory and real practice, giving young specialists the opportunity to join the team at Beshtau Group’s production facilities immediately after graduation.

The idea behind this project is Oleg Osipov, co-founder of Beshtau Group of Companies, who believes in the potential of young people and their ability to change the future of their profession and country.

Every step we take is aimed at creating a bright and sustainable future for future generations.
