Interregional cluster of radioelectronic industry “Beshtau” in the top three in the country
The project of the interregional cluster of radio-electronic industry “BESHTAU” was presented within the framework of project defense of the Federal Program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia “PROCLUSTERS”.
The Rostov Region management team consisting of the project initiator, co-founder of Beshtau Group of Companies Oleg Osipov, Rostov Region Minister of Industry and Energy Andrey Savelyev, Director of the Regional Industrial Development Fund of the Rostov Region Olga Kalinina and the project manager for the development of industrial infrastructure of RFRP RO Roman Arnoldov took the third place by the end of the project defense.
Specialists have developed a roadmap on the creation of the cluster and held a number of organizational events and meetings. The participants are ten companies from Rostov region, as well as Stavropol and Krasnodar territories. The companies represented are developers and manufacturers of components, software and finished devices. The new cluster will make it possible to localize the production of innovative products and replace foreign-made computer equipment.

Training under the methodological program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia “PROCLUSTERS” was held during three months of 2023, 20 management teams from different subjects of the Russian Federation took part and presented their projects to the expert commission within the framework of the in-person session “Project Defense”, which took place on November 10 in Moscow on the site of the technopark “Mosmedpark”.
The methodological program was implemented by ANO DPO “Institute of Knowledge Economy” with the support of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia. The goal of the program is to form professional management teams in the regions to identify and analyze cooperation chains using the mechanism of industrial clusters.
