Construction of a new computer equipment manufacturing plant started in Rostov-on-Don
The foundation stone of the new plant of BESHTAU Group of Companies was solemnly laid in the Don capital.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev.
Currently, four surface mount lines (SMT), a microchip packaging area for keyboards, an engineering and design department, and a component production line are already located in the Don capital.
The new site will allow us to produce laptops, lithium-ion batteries, as well as increase the production of electronic boards. Construction will be completed in 2025.

– Our company has been working for several years to create the largest IT cluster in the South of Russia. The path we have traveled proves that Russian computer technology is not a myth or a fantasy. Thanks to the hard work of our developers and engineers, the production of competitive electronic boards, monitors, personal computers, monoblocks and peripherals has been established. The new plant in Rostov-on-Don will add domestic laptops to this list.
The new BESHTAU plant will consist of five buildings on an area of over 1 hectare. The construction was another step towards the creation of a powerful IT cluster in the South of Russia.
